The Business Intelligence Analyst partners with members of the Support management team and other individual contributors across all functional areas to identify long-term, strategic BI, analytic and reporting needs. Lead system/reporting analysis, design, testing, and documentation for BI and analytic solutions across all business functions.

Responsiblities:
Finds ways to improve Support deliverables, process and procedures in pursuit of continuous improvement. Keeps teams focused on targets and goals over extended periods of time.

• Financial data analysis
  
• PMR data analysis
  
• L2 Performance data analysis
  
• View data trends and recommend solutions provided by the various data sources we have that generate copious amounts of data.
  
• Clearly identify risks and potential impediments and develop mitigating tactics to address them.
  

Candidate needs the ability to assess problems, pervasive situations based on analysis of the collected data and suggest solutions that meet both short and long term needs of the organization.

Required:

• High School Diploma/GED
  
• At least 2 years experience in Business Inteligence Professional
  
• At least 2 years experience in relational database concepts
  
• At least 2 years experience in software development lifecycles/methodologies i.e. agile (knowledgeable)
  
• At least 5 years experience in presentation and collaboration skills and can communicate all aspects of the job requirements, including the creation of formal documentation
  
• English: Fluent
