As the healthcare industry shifts to be consumer-focused, UnitedHealthcare is launching a program to envision, incubate, and bring to life bold, new models to reinvent members' healthcare experience. We will simplify, personalize, and care through integrated product, clinical, and service offerings that enable people to manage their healthcare, improve their health outcomes and better manage the medical cost structure. The goal is to rapidly develop, test, and iterate new experiences in a lab environment. We are looking for best athletes---high talent, motivated inbdividuals to be members of this team to reshape the healthcare experience.

The Business Analyst will be responsible for supporting end-to-end consumer experience pilots. They will leverage creative and strategic capabilities, as well as the ability to execute and deliver new member experiences. He/she will work as part of a high-caliber team, working in a fast-paced environment. Various pilots will include some or all of the following: envisioning possible changes in the end-to-end healthcare processes, rethinking how we can better serve our members, conducting market trend assessments, establishing relationships with key strategic partners, envisioning and designing key functionality, designing look and feel, create process and operational flows, identify digital and web requirements, define technology requirements, use data analytics and digital marketing techniques, interface with field organization to implement new pilots, identify people required to build and operate, develop financial/business model, and work with legal and compliance to identify any legal/compliance considerations. Candidate should demonstrate flexibility and the ability to collaborate across project teams and identify dependencies as end-to-end consumer experience is created.

-Bachelors degree in Liberal Arts, Business, Finance, Health Administration or related field required. MBA highly desirable.
-Intermediate level of proficiency with PC based software programs required (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
-Strong communication skills.
-Creativity.
-Strategic thinking and perspective.
-Demonstrated process improvement, workflow, benchmarking and / or evaluation of business processes.
-Excellent communication, time/project management, problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
(6) experience
-Experience in retail financial services, digital marketing/web, data analytics, or healthcare a plus.
-Company start-up experience.
-4-5 years of experience in creating new business capabilities, general business, communications, human-centered design, marketing, or data analytics.
-Strategy or Operations consulting experience.
(7) any required or preferred certifications
Bachelors degree in Liberal Arts, Business, Finance, Health Administration or related field required. MBA highly desirable.
