1. Job Description: Supports the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of Human Resources technology for Sanford Health.

4. Responsibilities: They will use their working knowledge of human resources and their technology, data, process, and reporting expertise to maximize the operational effectiveness of HR through strategic use of technology, workforce analytics and process improvement.
5. Required Skills and education: Minimum is a bachelors degree in a field with a strong systems/business analysis or MIS concentration. Skills required- Understanding of HR process's and data, HR systems, 2 years of professional experience.
6. Experience: Experience in engineering, project management, change management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Must be proactive and customer-focused with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Requires the ability to manage multiple tasks and demands and shifting priorities. Must be successful working independently with minimal supervision, as well as, collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to achieve an optimal solution. Must have strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
7. Certification requirements: Professional in Human Resources, or HR information professional certification preferred
