Business Analyst II - Associated Bank

This is a position for a Business Analyst. This person would be expected to translate business requirements into technical solutions and act as a liaison between vendor solutions and internal technical teams. They would create impact analyses on work orders and projects from a technical perspective, follow the SDLC methodology on projects, create needed technical documents, and document medium to complex system flows.

Required education is an associate's degree and experience in financial services. However, it is preferred to have a bachelor's degree.
Key skills necessary for the job include verbal/written communication, basic mathematical and reading skills, Microsoft office, attention to detail, ability to operate office equipment, problem solving, and analytical skills.

It is required to have 2-4 years of Information Technology experience. However they would prefer 4-7 years of experience with financial systems and 2 years of experience with SDLC methodology.
