May include day to day site operations, management leadership internal and external to organization, accountable for financial and non-financial results (budgets and actuals).
Project management and implementation, staff management. Providing thought leadership on the Innovation Research & Development IRD Commercialization framework, path, and governance IRD Commercial liaison to help IRD team members develops solutions that transform the health care industry. Leads the development of IRD Commercialization concepts. Develops plans that will impact the long-term success of the IRD Commercial business
5. Required Skills and Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, MIS or related field.
6. Experience: 7+ years' experience in a Senior Business Analyst role working with internal and external clients.7+ years' experience presenting to Senior Leadership Team
7. Preferred Certifications: Healthcare Industry experiences a plus. Experience working with Agile. Experience managing a P&L for a business, or part of a business unit. Knowledge running financial and non-financial budgets. Experience working with internal and external clients
