Description: As a member of the application delivery team, this individual will work hand in hand with stakeholders and software developers throughout the entire product development lifecycle in order to define, design, develop, and deliver ground breaking applications that re-define the vehicle ownership experience.

4. Responsiblities:Collaborate with Product Manager, Scrum Product Owner, stakeholders, and development teams to define the Product Backlog and Product Roadmap by way of User Stories, storyboards, wireframes, and other software design artifacts
- Prepare and maintain all documentation associated with the Product Backlog and Product Roadmap
- Constantly re-prioritize the Product Backlog based on customer feedback, market changes and business priority
- Represent User Stories and other artifacts to various development communities throughout development lifecycle
- Engage daily with various development communities during the product development lifecycle in order to provide User Story (requirements) clarification and immediate feedback upon completion
- Coordinate and facilitate necessary interactions in order to obtain answers, provide direction, or eliminate impediments during product development
- Confirm product meets User Story and design intent as part of Scrum Sprint exit criteria
- Prepare and maintain artifacts associated with development progress such as backlog burn-up chart
- Help to capture information pertaining to development progress and productivity
- Help to determine potential release content and release date
- Help monitor and determine the product market impact in order to help determine future product direction
- Coordinate corrective action in response to negative product market impact due to product defects
- Help facilitate Scrum events such as backlog refinement, daily stand-up, sprint review, and sprint retrospective

5. Education: Bachelors degree in various fields of study are applicable. Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, etc

6. Experience: Experience in software Product Development (Products having a graphical user interface is a must. Applications delivered to a mobile phone preferred. Customer facing websites secondary.)
- Experience capturing and managing software product requirements as User Stories is a must
- Experience with the Atlassian Jira Agile product suite is beneficial
- Experience creating user experience artifacts such as storyboards and wireframes is beneficial
- Experience creating architectural artifacts such as sequence diagrams is beneficial
- Demonstrable knowledge of software development lifecycles and activities
- A strong understanding of software Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum
- The desire to be part of, and to contribute to, a team environment
- Ability to set and manage priorities judiciously
- A clear ability to manage a range of different personality types in a facilitative and mature manner
- Strong relationship building skills including the ability to relate constructively to all levels of the organization
- Strong listening and written and oral communication skills
- Ability to articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical addressees
- Exceptionally self-motivated and directed

7. Certifications: Scrum Product Owner Certification and/or Scrum Master Certification is beneficial
