Responsibilities:
-Elicit requirements from business and IT stakeholders through facilitation in requirements gathering sessions
-Analyze and define processes of a business including “To Be” and “As Is”
-Prepare accurate and detailed requirements specifications (Use Case, User Interface specifications, Activity Diagrams) for systems to meet business requirements
-Design and execute the test scripts and scenarios to ensure the system meets the functional requirements
Required Skills, Education, Experience, and Certifications:
-Consulting and software development lifecycle experience
-Strong technical skills, business acumen, and ability to fully understand the needs of the customer
-Be able to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams to deliver business and functional requirements including interface prototypes and process maps
-Logical thinker, detail-oriented, organized and good at multi-tasking
-BS in Business, Management Information Systems (MIS), Informatics or related field, Master’s degree is an added advantage
