Summary of responsibilites:
Business Systems Analyst that will lead and manage requirements gathering and implementation for application and mainframe monitoring.
Conduct requirements sessions to gather requirements, analyze requirements and prepare specific proposals for new/modified or replacement monitoring tools.
Work closely with colleagues, monitoring team and CDO teams to ensure monitoring solution meets customer needs.
Required skills:
Need someone that has a strong technology background.
Knowledge of Application Monitoring Tools and capabilities.
Experience working across multiple lines of business to gather monitoring requirements for distributed and mainframe applications.
Ability to manage multiple customers and tasks simultaneously.
Ability to command a group of individuals in a room quickly and be assertive in a public environment.
Strong focus on team environment.
Strong internal communication skills including ability to work with all levels of the organization.
Proven ability to integrate the business value of innovation and technology to realize organizational goals and objectives.
Proficient with MS Office and MS Project tools.
