1). The Business Systems Analyst will use their broad industry, business and technical knowledge to drive the re-engineering of business processes to continuously improve operational effectiveness. Responsibilities include collaborating with business leaders at all levels of the organization to identify improvement opportunities and build strong business cases for change.

4). Responsibilities:
- Develops excellent working relationships with leaders of all organizational levels, in a way that demonstrates an understanding of business problems and the ability to develop effective, best-practice business solutions.
- Leads cross-functional business process improvement programs and serves as liaison between functional leaders and technical resources.
- Ensures effective coordination, follow-up, communication of progress and results to internal customers.
- Able to manage multiple, concurrent projects and provide ongoing status reports.
- Extensive experience designing, implementing and supporting business-critical ERP applications in an Oracle JD Edwards environment.
- Must have strong JDE functional configuration knowledge, with the ability to define functional and technical specifications.
- Expert knowledge of best-practices in an integrated ERP environment for purchasing, materials management, manufacturing, sales, distribution and supply chain planning.
- Demonstrated technical knowledge of business system architecture, data structures, relational database concepts and system development lifecycle methodologies.
- Must have the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users.
- Must have proven customer relations skills, be a team player, have strong written and verbal communication skills, possess excellent analytical skills, have excellent leadership skills, and be capable in prioritization and multi-tasking.
5). Qualifications/Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- JD Edwards, Relational Database/ODBC, SQL, Cognos BI (a plus) skills
- Knowledge of development methodologies (i.e. Waterfall, Agile, etc.)
- Systems analysis and hands-on excellent advanced programming skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
6).Experience
- Distribution, purchasing, inventory control, or financial systems experience
- 5 years’ experience and expert knowledge of JD Edwards functionality, con figuration and system management.
