Business Systems Analyst - Highjump WMS

1). Job Description- This position is responsible for supporting Warehouse
Systems (Highjump WMS, Pyramid WCS, Parcel Shipping System, and Warehouse
Automation). This position will work with cross-functional IT and business team
members to develop solutions that meet the needs of Deckers warehouse
operations. Candidate must have strong hands-on
skills in deploying/supporting Highjump WMS in Retail/Consumer Goods environment. Provide configuration, development, administration and
production support for Highjump WMS. Utilize knowledge of leading industry
practices to ensure optimum use of technology investments in supported areas.
Analyze, design, and implement changes to resolve break/fix
issues and close support tickets. Manage communication related to these issues
as per service levels.

4). Responsibilities-
- Requirements analysis, functional design,
prototyping, development, testing, and supporting implementations.
- Change control management for any functional and
technical enhancements
- Develop effort estimates for assigned
enhancements
- Troubleshoot issues and identify modifications
needed in addressing the issues.
- Support application code and configuration
migration from Dev/Test to Production environment.
- Coordinates with end users, onshore, and
offshore vendor resources
- Develop test plans, setup test data, conduct
testing, and coordinate various phases of testing.
5). Required skills/education/ Experience-
- Degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related
field.
- 5+ years of experience with Highjump WMS
- Hands-on experience with SQL Server DBMS, SQL, Stored
Procedures
- Hands-on experience with .NET
- Preferred: 2+ years of experience integrating with ERP
systems like Oracle EBS
- Preferred: 2+ years of experience with Warehouse
Automation (Warehouse Control System, Unit Sorter, Automated Storage &
Retrieval System)
- Sound functional, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite.
