Responsibilities:
-Recommend and implement enhancements to the process and tool to improve effectiveness and efficiency
-Combine knowledge of what the business wants with knowledge of how the systems are built and used to create functional designs
-Works in conjunction the Business and Development teams to develop Business Requirements and determine how the tool can best functionally fulfill those needs
-Reviews Business Requirements, Functional Specifications, and Test Cases to understand the functional and technical requirements in order to test the application and verify those requirements are successfully met
-Executes test scripts and documents defects for test scripts where the actual results do not successfully meet expected results
-Design test procedures, maintenance procedures and configurations.
-Creates test strategies for application release
-Conducts test strategy and test plan walk throughs
-Works with Development team to insure test coverage for all functionality
-Responsible for coaching and mentoring less experienced team members
-Partner with LOB, Risk Management and Technology group to coordinate the integration of applications/platforms/databases into identity and access management automation tools
Required Skills, Education, Experience, and Certifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems or related field of study or equivalent relevant experience in software development
-2+ years of Business Analysis Experience
-Project management experience highly desired
-Experienced with software development, requirements analysis, and system documentation
-Familiarity with JPMC IT Risk Control Self-Assessment process, including access controls
-Must have expertise with all MS Office products including MS Access
-Solid technology and infrastructure experience is highly desired
-Self-starter with excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
