Responsibilities:

•Effectively manage a full life cycle testing process for the PeopleSoft platform and related interfaces - the development efforts are of varying scope and complexity.

•Follow rigorous system development life cycle (SDLC), quality and project management best practices, comply with internal Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) and other processes related to regulatory or compliance requirements, and adhere to change control and problem management procedures.

•Works on multiple quality assurance / quality control tasks across HR & Finance.

•Implements, and has a strong working knowledge of, the full life cycle testing process and software quality assurance / quality control processes on all assigned projects.

•Participates in special projects along with senior staff, assisting in developing new initiatives and process improvements.

•Reviews project portfolio and coordinates end to end system tests.

•Reviews and approves Functional Requirements Document (FRD).

•Responsible for assessing resource assignments and systems testing estimates.

•Works with BA on establishing regression testing requirements.

•QA Governance. Generate and review productivity reports. Manage UAT.

Required Skills and Experience:

•Financial services domain experience

•Working knowledge of test automation tools for functional and performance testing.
