Business Analyst would support data interfaces within the RedBrick Health systems. The position will also gather the requirements of the client and configure RedBrick Health product and service offerings.

Responsibilities:
• Serve as the data integration contact for clients or carriers,
• Develop, manage, and track datasets.
• Create system requirements documentation.
• Work with Account Operations Manager
• Understand RedBrick Health products and how they work.
• Engage in detailed analysis of data issues or errors and develop solutions.

Required Skills and Education:
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong communication skill

Experience:
• 5+ years of business analysis experience with an emphasis on data integrations.
• Project Management
• Data analysis tools experience
• Relational database experience
