Job Responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering
Requirements Analysis
Stakeholder Interviews
Workflow Analysis
Process Modeling
Documenting standard operating procedures and process flows
Gathering and maintaining accurate data for reporting and analysis
Creating audience specific reports
Performing statistical analysis and modeling for recommendations to best meet business objectives
Presenting results of analysis and recommendations to business and project leaders
Establishing scorecards and dashboards with process performance metrics, targets and triggers
Assisting with project execution by providing business requirements, tests, and implementation plans
Communicating action plans, status and priorities
Compiling and publishing deliverables as required
Performing user acceptance testing based on appropriately defined criteria to meet the business objectives
Acting as a liaison between business leaders, technology and project team

Job Requirements:

Verifiable track record and outstanding references

5-7 years Business Analysis experience

Strong analytical skills

Detail-oriented

Superior written and oral communication skills

Base Pay: $80,000.00-$120,000.00/year
