4) Analyzes complex business problems to be solved with automated systems.
Provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements.
Configures system settings and options; plans and executes unit, integration and acceptance testing; and creates specifications for systems to meet business requirements.
Designs details of automated systems.
May provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems.
May lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues.
5) Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or similar degree or equivalent in education and experience
Must be familiar with SSRS (Report Services)
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Must be familiar with Crystal reports or similar environments
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
Strong team player, able to resolve issues with a demonstrated ability to work with various levels of management to develop necessary solutions to achieve goals
Ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time
Must have the legal right to work in the United States
6) Must have a minimum 5 years experience working directly with MRP/ERP systems and have a working knowledge of integrated DBMS.
Must have experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX
Experience with Visual Basic a plus
Experience in sales operations processes including Quoting, Customer Master, and Order Entry
