In this role, you will provide technical administration, development, and support for global implementations of Enterprise Applications.  This will also include system installations, upgrades, solution monitoring, problem analysis and resolution, software patching, user management and system testing.

Responsibilities;
-Provide support for Vital Images overall application landscape including JIRA, Salesforce.com, NetSuite, SharePoint and others as required.
-Design, develop, document, test and implement changes to software configurations for existing and new Enterprise Applications.
-Apply system analysis techniques and procedures to determine technical hardware, software, or system functional specifications, including consulting with users.
-Perform data conversions from external data sources into enterprise applications.
-Configure application security including users, roles, profiles, and other permission controls as required.
-Support and troubleshoot integration technologies between Enterprise Applications as required.
-Prepare detailed diagrams outlining systems capabilities and processes
-Perform data dictionary maintenance
-Coordinate new hardware setup for application installations and upgrades with the Infrastructure Support Team
-Coordinate database backup and recovery with Production Support Team
-Coordinate disaster recovery planning and implementation with Production Support Team

-Ability to maintain current knowledge of all relevant technology developments and seek opportunities to deploy new technologies that benefit Vital Images, Inc
-Ability to complete technical designs that are in line with the technical requirements, following the applicable design standards and ensure those designs are functionally and technically sound and integrate with other related system components
-Experience and/or training with application development technologies such as JavaScript, XML, HTML, SQL, and object oriented programming languages such as Java, C#, or C++
-Decision making and analytical skills
-Ability to develop strong relationships with people inside and outside of the organization
-Uses client feedback as a basis for improving service and performs necessary follow-up work without being prompted
-Excellent organizational skills and flexibility
-Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated and very detail oriented with superior problem solving ability
-Self-manage multiple conflicting priorities while meeting deadlines
-Ability to evaluate and propose technical alternatives for resolving business and technology issues
-Experience with administration and/or development of products in the Atlassian application suite such as JIRA, Confluence, and Fisheye
-Experience with enterprise integration and/or ETL tools

Experience;
-One to two years of prior technical administration responsibility
-Minimum Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
