1.Job Description: A Business Analyst at this company will perform business analysis functions using a set of tasks and techniques to successfully act as a liaison among stakeholders in order to understand the structure, policies and operations of an organization and recommend solutions that enable projects to be successful and goals to be met. They will participate in requirements gathering sessions to analyze, define and document business processes, software requirements, data management systems, interface specifications and development of specifications for technology initiatives. They also work as liaison between IT and business representatives.

4.Responsibilities; They are responsible for communicating and consulting with system user populations concerning system changes and implementation planning for changes and releases

5.Required Skills and Educations: This position requires a minimum of three (3) years of experience performing IT business analysis functions. The applicant also must have demonstrated leadership, mentoring skills, and analysis, and problem solving skills. They should be able to communicate clearly in writing and orally, present complex information to users in a comprehensive style, and translate technical and system information for non-technical stakeholders. Should have the ability to collaborate and work effectively as part of a team and prioritize multiple deadlines and work independently.

6.Experience: Business analysis experience sufficient to qualify for IIBA, Experience with SDLC, RUP and methodologies such as Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile Demonstrated knowledge of multi-system data such as relational database structures, XML, PL/SQL and other query languages.

7.Required Certifications: ITIL foundation certificate, CCBA exam or currently CCBA certified

8.Salary Range and Benefits: $ 24.72-$ 40.63 hourly, $ 51,615-$ 84,835 annually
